Wellness Plans
For local patients having acupuncture:
Overview:
- $95 per month, automatically billed to your card on file on the 1st of the month; the first month is pro-rated.
- One acupuncture session per week is included.
- Missed sessions do not "roll over;" if you fail to come in one week, you do not get an extra session the following week.
- Be on time for your scheduled session; if you are late, it may count as a missed session.
- There are no cancellation fees for missing an acupuncture session in the Wellness Plan; however, you will forfeit your session for that week if you fail to cancel at least two hours ahead of time
- No contract; cancel anytime (cancellation must be before the next billing date by email, there are no refunds). Once you cancel, telemedicine sessions with Dr. Cassone are at regular fees. Re-entry into Wellness Plans will be by invitation only.
Other Benefits:
- Additional acupuncture sessions are reduced to $20 each, regularly $50 each.
- Telemedicine sessions with Dr. Cassone are reduced to $55 each, regularly $95 each.
- New patient skin care sessions are reduced to $60, regularly $100.
For non-local patients or those not having acupuncture:
Overview:
- $95 per month, automatically billed to your card on file on the 1st of the month.
- Free shipping on refills, one shipment per month is included.
- One follow-up telemedicine session with Dr. Cassone is included.
- Additional follow-up telemedicine sessions with Dr. Cassone are reduced to $55 each, regularly $95.
- Be on time for your scheduled sessions; if you are late, it may count as a missed session.
- Missed sessions do not "roll over;" if you fail to schedule, you do not get an extra session the following month.
- No contract; cancel anytime (cancellation must be before the next billing date by email, there are no refunds)
- There are no cancellation fees for missing your scheduled weekly call or your scheduled follow-up telemedicine session. We must have at least 24 hours notice to make a change to your appointment, or it will count as your included session, and your rescheduled session will be at the regular rate
