Yes, bagels. And they are low carb, and they TASTE GREAT and are SIMPLE!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups almond flour
1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Seasoning of choice (you can do cinnamon and Swerve sugar replacement, plain salt... anything. I used both The Blend (garlic, salt, and pepper) and Everything Bagel seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375
In a bowl, mix almond flour and yogurt until combined
Knead for a few minutes
Shape into a log and cut into 6 equal pieces
Make a hole in the center of each bagel
Brush with egg wash mixture
Generously top with seasonings of choice
Bake for about 20 minutes
