Ground Italian Sausage, cooked
Large Tomatoes, tops removed and centers scooped out
Burrata
Grated Parmesan
Crushed Pork Rinds
Olive Oil
Pepper
Preheat oven to 450
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Fill each tomato with sausage, top with burrata
In a small bowl, combine crushed pork rinds and parmesan, coat with a little oil to wet the mixture
Top tomatoes with the mixture and bake for 10-15 minutes til golden
