I start off with a chuck roll. This was was from Costco. It was 25 pounds at $4.89 per pound, which is a great price for steaks!

I break it down into 5 categories:

1. chuck eye steaks (grill)

2. Denver steaks (grill)

3. premium chuck steaks (sous vide 2-6 hours then reverse sear)

4. chuck steaks (sous vide 24 hours then reverse sear)

5. chuck roast (instant pot)
