The Carnivore Diet (zero carbohydrate) is controversial and needs more research dedicated to understanding benefits, risks, and effects on human physiology. Yet, many experience improvements in health and disease management.
I personally have followed this diet for short periods of time (6-8 weeks). I am surprised how amazing I feel; bored, but amazing.
