2 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
.5 teaspoon dark cacao powder
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp monk fruit granules
Mix in bow thoroughly and adjust ingredients as needed for good consistency. Put ingredients in to small plastic bag and form into long cylinder the diameter of a quarter. Refrigerate and cut into slices. Top with a pinch of salt and tiny pieces of extreme dark chocolate.
