Ingredients:
3 pounds of kale
4 tspn of extra virgin olive oil
8 tpsn grated Parmesan cheese
sea salt
Directions:
remove the stems from the kale
mix kale with ingredients and make sure the leaves are evenly coated
place kale on foil lined sheet pans
bake 275° until crisp (20-30 minutes)
