INGREDIENTS
2 lbs ground pork
1 cup chopped mushrooms
2 cups chopped carrots
1 cup frozen peas
2 zucchini chopped
1 shallot diced
2 bell peppers chopped
1 bag lacanto kale chopped - stems removed
6 garlic cloves diced
1 tblsp tomato paste
4 cups bone broth
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute the pork until fully cooked
add tomato paste
add the veggies and saute until starting to brown
add bone broth and simmer for half hour
add kale and cover until serving
top with parmesan if you like
