Physical Examination 6 days agoThis tongue is crimson red (more severe than the last one, but still the same pattern). This person would likely be experiencing night sweats and painful intercourse due to vaginal atrophy (a serious sign that the hormone system needs holistic treatment). Notice the tongue is developing a large central crack (part of a “drying” syndrome).
