      Welcome to the Community section of the Cassone Wellness website (aka the “Social Media Section”). This section is designed to provide educational content and foster interaction related to general health and wellness topics. By accessing or using the Social Media Section, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Social Media Section.

      1. Purpose and Scope

      The Social Media Section is provided by Cassone Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for educational purposes only. It is intended to offer general information about health, wellness, and related topics to enhance patient and customer education. The content and interactions in the Social Media Section are not intended to:

      3. No Discussion of Personal Medical Conditions

      Any posts, comments, or messages containing personal medical information may be removed at our sole discretion, and users who repeatedly violate this policy may be banned from the Social Media Section.

      4. Not HIPAA Compliant

      The Social Media Section is not compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). As such, it is not a secure platform for sharing or discussing protected health information (PHI). You agree not to post, share, or otherwise disclose any PHI in the Social Media Section. Cassone Wellness is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of information you post in the Social Media Section.

      5. Prohibited Activities

      To ensure the Social Media Section remains a safe and productive space for educational interaction, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

      • Promotion of Outside Products or Services: The promotion, advertisement, or endorsement of any products, services, or businesses not affiliated with Cassone Wellness is strictly prohibited.
