Terms of Service for Cassone Wellness Community Section

Welcome to the Community section of the Cassone Wellness website (aka the “Social Media Section”). This section is designed to provide educational content and foster interaction related to general health and wellness topics. By accessing or using the Social Media Section, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Social Media Section.

1. Purpose and Scope

The Social Media Section is provided by Cassone Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for educational purposes only. It is intended to offer general information about health, wellness, and related topics to enhance patient and customer education. The content and interactions in the Social Media Section are not intended to:

• Replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Serve as a substitute for a medical consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

• Facilitate the discussion of personal medical conditions or protected health information (PHI).

• Act as a HIPAA-compliant platform for sharing sensitive health information.

You should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider, such as Dr. Cassone, for any personal medical questions or concerns.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical Consultation

The information provided in the Social Media Section, including but not limited to articles, posts, comments, videos, or other materials, is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reliance on any information provided in the Social Media Section is solely at your own risk. 3. No Discussion of Personal Medical Conditions

The Social Media Section is not a platform for discussing personal medical conditions, symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, or other protected health information (PHI). Any questions or concerns about your personal health must be addressed through:

• A private appointment with Dr. Cassone.

• Direct communication with our Clinical Director, Kelly Cassone, via email at Kelly@CassoneWellness.com (mailto:Kelly@CassoneWellness.com).

Any posts, comments, or messages containing personal medical information may be removed at our sole discretion, and users who repeatedly violate this policy may be banned from the Social Media Section.

4. Not HIPAA Compliant

The Social Media Section is not compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). As such, it is not a secure platform for sharing or discussing protected health information (PHI). You agree not to post, share, or otherwise disclose any PHI in the Social Media Section. Cassone Wellness is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of information you post in the Social Media Section.

5. Prohibited Activities

To ensure the Social Media Section remains a safe and productive space for educational interaction, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Promotion of Outside Products or Services: The promotion, advertisement, or endorsement of any products, services, or businesses not affiliated with Cassone Wellness is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, linking to external websites, posting promotional content, or soliciting business.

• Posting Personal Health Information: Sharing or soliciting personal medical information or PHI, as outlined in Section 3.

• Harassment or Inappropriate Behavior: Posting content that is harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Spamming: Posting repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited content.

• Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity or falsely claiming affiliation with Cassone Wellness.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend/terminate access to the Social Media Section for users who violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

6. User-Generated Content

By posting, commenting, or otherwise contributing content to the Social Media Section (“User Content”), you grant Cassone Wellness a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Social Media Section. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post the User Content.

• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Your User Content complies with these Terms.

Cassone Wellness is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of User Content. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Cassone Wellness in the Social Media Section, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials (“Cassone Content”), is the property of Cassone Wellness or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Cassone Content without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Social Media Section is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on the Cassone Wellness website. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maury County/Columbia, Tennessee, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Social Media Section after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
