I have a lot of colleagues that I respect that use muscle testing. Although there is something to it, it absolutely does not take the place of knowledge regarding physiology, pathophysiology, plant medicines, and a working functional diagnosis.

MANY of my patients complain to me that their MDs pressure them to take cholesterol meds even when their numbers are only slightly out of range. Since high cholesterol is NOT a disease, I encourage them to talk to the MD and discuss the rest of their cardiovascular picture. #cholesterol

Dr. Henry Harrower was considered the father of functional endocrinology. In his chart, he mapped out the flow of influence within the endocrine (hormone) system. I added the red lines to highlight the relationship of the liver, adrenal glands, and pancreas (blood sugar stability) to the thyroid. You may now go on with the rest of your evening 🙂

The trees no longer have leaves, but it’s still beautiful to me. Did you know that the majority of T3 T4 conversion for the thyroid occurs in the liver? This makes most thyroid cases actually liver cases, but your MD was never taught this and doesn’t know how to treat it. They just give you a drug with no exit plan.
