• Morning Smoothie

      Two Packed and Ready for the Day

      Ingredients:

      • 1 cup kale
      • 1 grab parsley
      • 1 tsp ginger
      • 1 small apple
      • 1/2 small lemon
      • 1 tsp flax
      • 2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox)
      • 1 celery stalk
      • 1/4 cucumber

      I loaded them, capped them, and took them to the office yesterday. In between patients, I added water and blended them; quick and easy.
