Morning Smoothie
Two Packed and Ready for the Day
Ingredients:
- 1 cup kale
- 1 grab parsley
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 small apple
- 1/2 small lemon
- 1 tsp flax
- 2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox)
- 1 celery stalk
- 1/4 cucumber
I loaded them, capped them, and took them to the office yesterday. In between patients, I added water and blended them; quick and easy.
