I’m so glad some MDs are acknowledging diet, but prescribing drugs plus low carb is not holistic medicine.

The majority of our patients that received the covid shots have no obvious side effects (that we know of). But, the ones that had reactions were mild to severe, including death.

First Do No Harm
I used to give this DVD to patients with epilepsy to tell them how low carb diets can help them. The movie refers to research at John Hopkins on how this type of eating can “reset” the brain. This is how I got the name for our RESET Food Plan (decades ago). Here is the full movie.
