    Ingredients:

    • 6-8 oz. unsweetened almond milk

    • 1 tsp. Trader Joe’s instant coffee

    • 2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox)

    • 1 tsp unsweetened dark choc powder

    • 1/2 tsp monkfruit non-sugar sweetener

    • 1 tbsp. almond butter

    • pinch of shredded coconut (added after blending for garnish)

    Blend and enjoy!

    Two Packed and Ready for the Day

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup kale
    • 1 grab parsley
    • 1 tsp ginger
    • 1 small apple
    • 1/2 small lemon
    • 1 tsp flax
    • 2 scoops Cleanse (protein plus metabolic detox)
    • 1 celery stalk
    • 1/4 cucumber

    I loaded them, capped them, and took them to the office yesterday. In between patients, I added water and blended them; quick and easy.
