Dr. Henry Harrower was considered the father of functional endocrinology. In his chart, he mapped out the flow of influence within the endocrine (hormone) system. I added the red lines to highlight the relationship of the liver, adrenal glands, and pancreas (blood sugar stability) to the thyroid. You may now go on with the rest of your evening 🙂

The trees no longer have leaves, but it’s still beautiful to me. Did you know that the majority of T3 T4 conversion for the thyroid occurs in the liver? This makes most thyroid cases actually liver cases, but your MD was never taught this and doesn’t know how to treat it. They just give you a drug with no exit plan.

Without the leaves, you can see the squirrel nests in the trees. Also, if you find yourself getting sick easily we can boost your immune system but it might also be your thyroid (low thyroid = low immunity).

It’s chilly outside. Also, we consume 5-10 pounds of manmade chemicals per year. Take care of your liver as it manages that burden.

The trees are empty and chilly weather is upon us. Time to break out the crock pot for slow cooked warm meals. You can add astragalus to boost your immune system.🥘
